Now, however, Atomic Heart is finally here, but it seems that RTX isn’t actually on.Īs spotted by RPS, it appears that Atomic Heart developer Mundfish pulled ray tracing support from the game in the final stages of development. Among them was an “RTX On” demo (see end of article) just a month ago. So beautiful, in fact, that Nvidia has held several demonstrations showcasing the GPU manufacturer’s latest and greatest graphics technology. Atomic Heart tested running on RTX 3070 Ti on 1080p, 1440p and 4K resolutions on MAXED graphics settings. And in order to try to achieve the best possible version, Mundfish decided to halt the game.
